Product Warranty

Madix Outdoors LLC guarantees and warrants all Madix Outdoors manufactured products, under the original purchaser, for the time frame listed in this Guarantee.  The term “product” is limited to items manufactured by Madix Outdoors and any attached accessories and parts. The product purchased shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship from the date of receipt. Unless expressly stated all items manufactured by Madix Outdoors LLC will be covered by a period of two (2) years (“warranty period”) from the original date of receipt or installation.

This warranty covers all products manufactured by Madix Outdoors LLC whether sold directly by company or any other authorized retailer. Warranty covers all campers, tent fabric and factory upgrades like lighting and other accessories.

Madix Outdoors warrants that all items covered under this warranty shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use of the product during the warranty period. The warranty period begins on the date of the purchase or installation of the product, whichever comes later. The warranty does not extend to anyone who subsequently purchases the product after the warranty period.

Terms of Warranty
Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this Warranty, Madix Outdoors LLC will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by making the necessary repairs within sixty (60) days without charge for parts or labor. In addition, if it is not possible to remedy the defects, Madix Outdoors LLC will replace the product.

This warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover any product that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of accident, misuse or abuse, and as a result of an act of God.

All repairs and/or replacements must take place at the Madix Outdoors LLC facility or other repair facility as authorized by Madix Outdoors LLC. All repairs shall be evaluated and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Madix Outdoors LLC offers an extended lifetime warranty on all gas struts and rear hatch latches on Madix campers.  This extended warranty lasts the entire time the original purchaser owns a Madix camper.  These items will be shipped to the customer directly when requested and can be easily replaced following simple guidelines provided by Madix Outdoors LLC.
